Once I get enough, I’ll go to the recorders office and sit down on the tax website ( internal ). This is an updated source, plus you can review Trust Deeds to see when they refied and if there’s suitable equity.

Hi,

After doing a postcard campaign, I’ve received several returned pieces, such as “vacant, moved, left no address, forward time expired, no mail receptacle, etc.”. I’ve heard that these are a great source to follow-up on, but what is the best way and how do I decide which to pursue, (most equity?)? And how much should I expect to spend?
