www.infospace.com (national white pages), it’s free.

Down at the library, there are large books where you can look up a street address and get the name of the occupant and their phone number. The occupant does not necessarily have to be the owner (can be a tenant) and the phone number does not necessarily have to be listed in the phone book.
I have seen many reverse directories on the internet, but none that search by property address. They are all by name or phone number. Does anybody know of such a website? I don’t mind the library, but it takes more time than websurfing. Thanks for any info.
