I don’t know if you remember me but I am the newer RE investor in Orlando who contacted you a few months back. Since then I have acquired 2 properties to use as rentals. Actually I have acquired one (tenant was included!) and I am in the process of closing on the second, I am very excited as these will produce about $500+ in cash flow per month. Not spectacular, but I will take it. Anyhow, here is my question. Is it leagal in the state of FL to ask about criminal background to all POTENTIAL renters?
