Ron’s material is good. Yes, it was done in 1996, so take that into account when some of the estimates are given.They aren’t going to be that far off that it would kill a deal though. For rehabbing, you would have to keep up with what materials costs are and what labor is anyway since these things change all the time anyway.Have fun and make some money. Use the concepts, but you have to tailor them for you area and skill.
