I have 4 mortgages and the bank now tells me I am at my limit and can not get any more.
I posted some info about this issue yesterday. See the post on the board under the same subject as above.
The discussion was about the limit on residental mortgages, because 95% of all residentail mortgages are sold to Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, etc…
Well, one of the Whitney Trainers read my post and informed me that that limit restriction (4 mortgage limit) has been lifted and now one can get as many mortgages as they can qualify for…
I am in the process of having him verify this for me with the written proof, that this is in fact true.
Will report on this in a later (Tip Post).
