Hi, Jason I am about two weeks into this also. I want to make it work myself. I just refied my personal home yesterday, and used some of the things CS talks about. The broker wants me to “come on board” as he put it. I thought it was flattering. I’m down here in Salida, by Modesto. Give me a holler back…Thom
