I have recently gotten married and am in a hurry to sell my mobile home, or to buy property on which to put it. I cannot find anything on line, or anybody anywhere that can help me with this.
My home has been on the marked since April. It is a 2001 Clayton, 3 bedroom, 2 bath.
Can you offer help on who, or where, I can get some advice or assistance?

It would be helpful if you’d tell us the city and state where your mobile is located, what your minimum price might be, how much the lot rent is, and whether or not the mobile can stay where it is when it’s sold.
