It’s me again with another “problem”(LOL). MY next door neighbor, a childhood friend, recently married and moved out of her deceased grandfather’s home to MIch. She left the home to his will executor, our church sect who has said she will sell it to me once an appraisal is done. The home is an older home (1960’s) and I estimate its value at 60-75K. Anyway, the executor wants to make a quick sale and distribute the proceeds to the beneficiaries who all get 1/3 each. The home has some furniture in it for sale too. Should I advertise the sale and find a buyer, if so how can I structure a contract for a “win-win” sale? I want to make an offer as soon as possible. What can I do to buy time to find a buyer, investor or lender? Again need your advice…this is great I just started studying/listening to tapes (Sheets)…making calls and visiting here and I have people ASKING ME to buy…THis is great!!! Thanksin advance your guys are great!
