In all seriousness, I would just go to the police and get a restraining order against her. Next, I’d let your attorney handle the whole foreclosure process. Take yourself out of the loop.
I had a friend of mine who had something similar to this happen to him. His tenant told him that he was going to kill him when he saw him at his property. He responded by telling him would be there at 10AM mowing the lawn and told him to be prompt because he didn’t like to wait.
I am foreclosing on a property and it’s getting ugly. The woman who lives there is a certifiable wacko, in her 60’s, divorced, lives alone, agoraphobic, does not drive, work, pay any bills etc. Anyway, she is becoming obsessed with this situation and with me personally. She has taken to calling me and writing me nasty threatening letters. In our last conversation she informed me that she knew where I lived and proceeded to tell me in detail about my town and my residence. Help! any advice?
