I’ve read lots of posts from people with horror stories on Section 8 tenants. Just wanted to let newbies know that it is possible to get good, clean tenants.
I received a phone call this morning to let me know that the flowers on my rental property have started to bloom and my Section 8 tenant was out raking the yard.
Did I pick a good one or what!!
Round 2 begins next week. I hope I can do as well as I did on the first.

Just make sure they’re not raking for the purpose of planting something illegal…just kidding of course.
