Just the other day someone posted about a “mastermind script book”, available from a guy named Ray Como. I think it is part of a course or program. My undestanding at the time I read the post, was that there are certain questions to ask a seller to determine their level of motivation.
These “professionaly prepared” questions/scripts seem like they would be very good to have, as I think they would phrase things in a way that was designed to elicit revealing responses.
