I bought a home on Beacon Hill in Seattle, WA two years ago ita a 2bed/bath. asking $298,950 around 800sq/ft and I have multiple comps that show other homes selling for 300k+. What do yall think overpriced?

3 days is nothing.
Go back to waiting.
If you were significantly under prices such that you were almost giving the place away then 3 days might be a bit long.
In a normal market 1-3 months is not uncommon.
