A STRATEGY: Pick one investment strategy that you really like. Spend 6 hours per day, 7 days per week, for 45 days becoming an expert in this ONE strategy. At the end of 30 days you will be more knowledgeable than Sellers, Brokers, or Bankers in ONE strategy. By the end of 45 days you will control at least one property!
