Thanks for the reply, I’m needing to understand this concept of using a self directed IRA. I have interested investor that would like to just invest and this seems to one way to use their money for my real estate investments.

I was ask, if you put your money in a Self Directed IRA and you decide to put it out to invest or borrow, whats the lenght of time before you need to replace it or repay it back to your IRA account?

You don’t pull money out of your self-directed IRA. That would be receipt of the funds. Instead, you direct your administrator to pay for the properties for you. The administrators have the paperwork for this.

So the money is never out of your account.
