THis is what i think. A little form of trickle down Reaganomics. If the stock market is getting betterand everyone is selling their real estate, prices of property will go down. better for us. The Fed will raise interest rates after the preice of real property goes down. people will start to rent because they no longer want to buy which improves the rental market and that’s good for me.
