Hi all

I’m thinking I’d like to try the concept of selling this investment rehab project that is just about completed using the concept “Sell your home in 5 days”. My question is, has anyone accomplished this using the 5 day sale concept and how did it work?

I tried it 4 years ago and it played out exactly as the book said — I had about 100 people go through the house and on Sunday night it came down to 3 serious people who bid it up to market price.
