We used to have two articles
Why seller financing was good-from a seller’s point of view
and why seller financing was good-from a buyer’s point of view. I can’t seem to find them, thought they were in the how to’s
Can anyone e-mail me these, I am working with an elderly gentleman who I would like to present all the points why it is to his advantage to take back the second for a couple of years. He already has plans to move to his out of state home. House is a FSBO
