You can not sell the property without her signature and consent. You could file a partition suit and get the judge to order the property sold and profits split. This is a hassel and expensive to do.
It would be best to try to come to an agreement with your sister. Good luck

My sister and I own a vacant house in South Carolina but we live in NJ. I want to sell the house but she doesn’t. Can I sell the house without her. If I can, how do I go about this.

Thank you.

Sell your half of the house to your sister?

You can always sell your half of the house, essentially, whatever
interest you own. It would come at a deep discount because whoever
steps into your shoes now has to deal with sis, but it’s doable if you’re
so inclined.

Send me details if you’re interested in moving on and this sort of thing
helps.
