If this is a new law, I have not heard of it and it is not in the state of VA. I know that for sure, because of my closing on Friday.

Don’t know how true this is. I heard that selling a foreclosed home, within six months, you can only make a profit of 4K. Person said that this is a new law. I hope it isn’t.
