Hello–

I posted this on the MH board already.

I’m interested in buying and selling mobile homes by doing Lonnie deals. I can’t afford to ‘hold’ the notes right now as I need to generate some operating capital for more purchases.

I want to discount the notes to a buyer. I understand that ‘Tin Can Alley’ explains much of this. Unfortunately I have to wait on that purchase.

I have ‘DOW’ and ‘Making Money with Mobile Homes’.

Has anyone had experience with selling MH notes? One poster reminded me of partials.

I also read a post by John Behle about keeping it SEC legal. Not advertising, but contacting buyers personaly.

I’d like to hear of some personal experiences, if anyone here on the board has had any.
