How do my brother start the process to buyout heir property? He has a foreclosure and bad credit. The home reside in louisiana and is worth around 110,000. The home is free and clear and he have only his one third as equity. the other two thirds for me and my sister. we gave him until June. We really need some help on the best way to be bought out!!
