Just moved from Atlanta to Massachusetts. I’m working on some opportunities in Worcester county. I need to setup my team and would like to hear from anyone that could be of help. I’m in need of a real estate attorney, title company, local “investor friendly” lender and “re-hap” contacts. I’d like to sit down w/other investors in Middlesex and Worcester counties and go over what I’ve learned (member of the GAREIA in Atlanta) and glean some knowledge from active investors in central MA.
