If you are able to line the sun, moon, and stars up at the same time you may be able to accomplish it.
Now if you are able to fund the side of the transcation with cash and then sell it to an end buyer with retail money it may work.
There is a trick using landtrust but I don’t like the idea. Too many moving parts. I have done it. Its gut wrenching…lol.
The best way to work with short sales is CASH.
