I have been getting calls from my direct mail from people in foreclosure who have little or no equity in their homes. I need at least 60k equity because I intend to wholesale the deals to investors And I need a good spread. How much will the lenders discount a mortgage and what are the things that they take into consideration when deciding how much to discount. Should I get involved with these little or no equity deals or just wait for big equity deals
