George I think Leslie is reffering to Carlton’s current materials… not his old stuff.

I am seriously thinking of investing in the Carleton Sheets course. I am located in Canada and would appreciate any input from both Canadian & US investors.
Thanks in advance.

It is a good basic understanding of real estate. It is a good place to start in real estate, now I don’t know the Canadian market, you are better off asking somebody who has applied CS tapes to that market

Lesley,
Carleton Sheets has very good information. It is very ‘academia’. In other words it reads much like college literature. If you are the studious type you will like it.
Also, the information is good and you can trust the quality. The Carleton Sheets people are among the most reputable in the real estate teaching industry.
Best of Luck
