Owner has a “friend” that wants to buy, but “hasn’t established their credit yet.”
My plan: Buy for $25K, resell at $35K. Arrange financing for them for $25K, and I carry back the balance in a second position.
I’ve always heard that MHs are more difficult to work with in this scenario than SFHs…but since I have a buyer lined up, I don’t see anything wrong here?? Do you??
