Like Steve mentioned in his reply to your last message you need to add up the costs of all the repairs. That way you can see what your total investment is going to be and determine if there is room to make your desired profit.

Hi everybody,I wrote a few days ago about getting a free home.I talked to the PM and asked if it could stay on the lot as long as I brought it up to p the parks standards. He said he had no problems with it.He also had an inspection list on the home.It needs two windows, screen door, oil tank, replace the skirting, isulation hanging to ground, rear deck(looks like it is weathered) no hitch, anchors and needs painting.I saw the owner, looked over the house inside and out.It needs some work in there too.The home is a 1978 model 14 by 70.I’m always up for a challenge, but do you think it’s worth it?When I wrote my last post I didn’t have this inspection sheet just what the owner told me.Thanks Paul
