I have been reading this web site for a while, i know all these creative investing skills work pretty well in US, but does anyone know do all these creative skills (simultaneous closings in quick flip, L/O with sub-lease, seller finance etc. work in Canada with the differences in law in the two countries?
I ask these questions because i am thinking of buying a coures, but i would like to know if the knowledge can be applied here in Canada before i invest in the coures.
