I’m rehabing a house in Illinois and am nearly ready to sell it, but I need some working capital to get it done. There’s a $40,000 first on it, and it will sell for $120k to $140k. I need $15,000 for 120 days. My credit is bad so I can’t go to a bank, and the investors I’ve found want larger and longer deals. Can anyone help me?
