Thanks Joe. That is the direction I have considered but need advise on training programs. How did you educate yourself when you first got into investing.

So many choices, so little time (& money) - Posted by Andy

Flipping, Lease/Option, rehab, buy/sell etc. Can anyone tell me if you were to purchase ONE course, which one would you recommend? I am trying to decide wether to go short for the cash generation or buy and hold for long term investment. Any comments are appreciated.

Andy, not knowing your financial situation, risk vs reward tolerance, etc…I’ll guess and recommend the following.
Consider starting with flipping/wholesaling to build some quick cash without too many headaches; then as you get comfortable consider rehabbing/retailing; then as you get comfortable consider Lease/Option and Long-term Rentals to build cash-flow on your now-solid cash accounts.
At least this is my theory of how you could (and how I have) done it…
Hope this helps,
