Quicken works well for me. I really don’t need the extra complexity a full double entry system like quickbooks provides. The key to success is studying the classes and categories concepts and setting up ones that work for you.

I know it’s been posted before, I didn’t need it then. Now, with two rentals and a third on the way (kinda like kids, eh?) I need a book keeping software package where I can enter rents, expenses, etc. and let it do the math…anyone have suggestions?
