I am working to get my CA license to do both RE and loan on part-time basis for a company. I actually like doing loans better since I don’t have to drive around and do lots of customer relation.
What kind of income potential one can expect from months( I like commercial loans also), what are challenges and good tips to make a smooth transiton?
