I HAVE TWO HOME EQUITY LINES TOTAL 170K,GETTING INTO
BUYING PRE-FORECLOSURES HERE IN LOS ANGELES,CA.

DO I PAY THEIR BACK PAYMENTS?IF I DO WHAT KIND OF CONTRACT

Larry, I can see you are motivated to succeed. That’s great. But you need to slow down and learn about what you’re doing before you jump in. Definately buy some courses and study, first. Your questions are so broad, it seems obvious you need to do some homework.

I suggest Bill Bronchick’s course to start, which contains basic information and legal forms. Then a more advanced course or two. Two that come to mind are Ron LeGrand’s and Joe Kaiser’s foreclosure course. Bronchick’s Cash Cow is great, too. Also, I suggest reading some good RE investing books.

In no time, you’ll be able to answer your own questions and have a huge head start. I would suggest you hold-off on forming a corp.
