Listen, I’ve posted a previous message seeking knowledge of any already existenting “Real Estate Investors” clubs. But if I can’t find any, I may start my own once I get rolling. I’ve just started Dave Whinstats real estate course that looks very promising. But anyway, once I get rolling, I would like some pointers on what I will need to start my own club from you that have done it. Thanks in advance.

Did you look at what is available already in the REI clubs page on this web site? There are six clubs listed for NC: http://www.creonline.com/clubs/clubs-nc.htm
