You might want to see if there is a real estate investors club or association near where you live, and join it. Also it would be a benefit to you to read all the free stories and articles available on this site.
One more thing that you will find interesting is to get information from or about Roger Dawson, who like yourself came here from England and has become quite successful. Good luck, and post from time to time so we will know how you are doing…ED
