I am a beginning investor looking for a lawyer and a CPA with experience setting up or giving advice for someone starting out in the Real Estate investing/buying business. I live in Stafford, VA and am interested in long-term investing using the purchase lease option/rent to own for houses and raw land. Anyone have any advice for for professionals in this area?
