I deal in new notes now it pays more. The work is a little harder, but for the money and the enjoyment of helping people buy a home that they could not other wise qualify for i stick with what I am doing.
Just wanted Ken to know that the information he is looking for can be found on this site and in Terry’s Course. No need to get the Stefanchick Method unless he wants a good training on using the financial calculator. Oh I think he can get that course for $400 that is what I paid for it years ago.

I purchased the Stefanchik Method 6 years
ago. John Stefanchik is no longer associated with
S.E.S Funding which was the company he founded
with two other people. He left a few years ago to
work on his own as an educator of the subject. The
course he sells now are the same ones I have from
back then. There are some people on this site that
have bad things to say about him but he is the one person
that made it possible for others like him to get started.
The Paper Source news letter got a boost from him
and his company when the news letter was beginning.
his former company S.E.S. Funding is still in Elmsford,
N.Y. being ran by his two former partners one being
a female named Ricki Eskinansi. I am have spelled
the last name wrong but you should give them a call
your self and not listen to all the people on this site
who are going to say negative things about anyone
who may be competing for the same business.
Save your money, I have the Stefanchik Method, and what he teachs can be found right here. See John’s cash flow, and if your looking for a good course for a fraction of the cost. Terry Vaughn’s “Paper in Gold” is worth it.
In Brief the Stefanchick method has you going to the court house looking for people that took back paper and writing them a letter saying I buy notes, your acting as a broker for S and S Funding ( memory serves)
They in turn will give you a quote which you attach your points that you want to make and make an offer on the paper. This is a slow way to make any money as the competition is fierce (sp). There are better ways to make a living than this The beacon program is one of them.
