This newsgroup is primarily viewed by those that are mortgage buyers, though many also buy real estate. Newsgroup 1 would give you the best response. Click on newsgroup at the top of the page on the left.

Is there smeone out there that lives in or around around Memphis,Tn.,that could teach me how to buy real estate with little or no money down.I would gladly pay.I have three houses,taken Sheets and Ron Legrandes courses and still can’t put it all together.I would love to quit my job and be a full time real estate investor.HELP!!!
