I am very interested in developing an RV and boat storage facility (and possibly mini storage). I am looking for any information on planning, layout, management of it, stats on ROI,and other development information. I would appreciate any info anyone has - especially web sites and contacts.

I have done a couple of out side storage deals-I worked w/2 co.s that built & financed the deals-I’ve never an inside deal-e-mail me & we can pick each others brain-thanks-Vornboard
