You dont have to use the existing lender to do it.
Contact me and let me see what I can do for you.
There are a lot of programs other than FHA/VA to avoid paying the monthly Mortgage Insurance. We can all of them to include FHA/VA loans.

My residence is financed with a FHA 203b 8 3/8% interest
$43,300 loan. FMV $75,500 FICO 790 I am considering refinancing to get a better interest rate. Can I do a
“Streamline” refinance with a conventional lender to avoid
mortgage insurance or must I go thru the existing lender and
refi with another FHA loan to get the advantages of “Streamline?”
