Please post what you will be doing. For instance, the folks who hold properties for the long term usually recommend LLC. Please post back with this info.

If you are seriously considering setting this up you may want to read Bronchick’s free articles on this site. He runs the Legal Corner section and he has courses available on asset protection including corporations. Links to access this stuff are on the left of the page within the yellow border. Also check out the search function at the top of the page and you should get lots of hits.
