thx for the feedback. i recently purchased profits while sleep course - it appears to be excellent. the manual and tapes are very comprehensive nuts and bolts material. also, bob, charlie and randy appear to be down to earth, sincere, people.
i’m signing up for their monthly coaching program. it’s only 20.00 mth.

Has anyone in MI or elsewhere had success utilizing subject to course offered by the Frances and Bob Meister? Wondering if the signs and flyer approach work to generate motivated seller leads? I live in MI. thx

Have bought 2 properties using the ABC’s method. One was a home run-$60-$70k in profits when my T/B refinances wi/i 24 months. the other…I’ve learned to stay in my “farm” and not go 45 minutes out of my way just cause I can get the deed.
anyway, I am using an attorney to help me through the closing.
