Welcome Doody,

As you have correctly surmised, subject-to is only one tool in the toolbox. On this site the subject-to deals are discussed as a part of other posts. At the top of the main discussion group (this one), there’s a “Search Archives” button. If you search for “subject to” and take the time to learn the material posted, you’ll be able to write a book on subject-to deals.

There is also information in the How-to articles and “Money Making Ideas” sections. Enjoy reading and learning more about way this tool is used.

I have recently heard of buying property subject to owners financing, and I am interested in adding this to my toolbox. Is their a forum that is geared to sub 2 deals? Also, does anyone know of a good book?
