Question 1: What happens to the investor’s position in a “subject to” if the original owner does not pay the mortgage with the monies the investor is paying

Question 2: How can I find commonly used contracts and purchase option forms without spending money on an expensive course.

Question 3:Any one meeting with success in the Cleveland area they wouldnt mind sharing? I realize you have to crawl b4 you walk but my knees are getting tired from no movement.

Thanks to all that make this message board the greatest!!

I know of an excellent mentoring program that offers help and needed forms for subject 2s and flipping with no money or credit needed.
They ask for $145.00

  1. It’s your house after you take it over sub to. Pay the mortgage direct.

  2. Don’t try to skimp on the contracts, it will come back to haunt you. To set it up and protect yourself properly, you’re looking at about a dozen different forms/contracts. Pay the money, do it right. As well as contracts, the courses have a great deal of added info that will help you succeed.
