I’m in Virginia, but closer to Richmond.
I can tell you there seems to be a lot of HUD properties available around Roanoke and Danville. This may indicate the housing market down there is not so good. I hear there have been employment problems around Danville, which may explain why.

I visit it frequently, and search for everything in the state. Do this by searching for houses between $1 and 1,000,000. That’ll get you everthing.
