There are hinges available with springs that help shut the door. I wonder if you could put them on backward to hold the door open. This would likely mean you’d have to countersink the screw holes on the back side just like the front. Any drill plus decent countersink bit should do it.
Remove the pins from the hinges. Take a hammer and bend the pin slightly. (May have to lay the pin across a couple bricks to get good solid foundation.) Put back in. Poof your done. do one pin at a time and try the door after each pin to see when it fixes. I have done this more than one. Hope this helps. Besides its Fast and FREE.
