I live south of the Tampa area and the market has been very strong. I have also been to the Jax area and know a little of that market as well.
Both coasts of Florida are now booming, also Orlando.
We have seen significant growth over the past few years. Most of the growth has been in the new housing sector. Pre existing housing has done well also.
