Unless it has been sold at sherrif auction, you still have a chance. As for the charge to see the records, do you need to get them online or can you go to the office and get them free? The way you have to look at this is that it is a business. In business you have to sometimes spend money to make money. Can you see spending $7 for one record and it nets you say $20,000? Not a bad investment.

I still looking for first deal, bandits and bus cards aren’t enough. Some people say saturate an entire farm area with flyers, postcards, or letters but some say specifically target individuals.
I’m focusing on mainly buying sub to so i figure send info to preforeclosures, expired MLS, and possibly divorcing couples. The preforeclosure and divorcing couples are in legal news. Is this info out to late for me to get a deal or should i research this myself at the court house?
Also All my county records are available online but the charge 7$ per record does anyone else have this?
