A property that I’m interesting in buying was sold at tax sale. However, the owner has one year to redeem the property by paying the taxes. I was wondering how I should approach the seller about selling his/her property before his/her one year redemption period is up. Also, considering the owner is still in the property.
Any suggestions!!
