I am a ready to do my first “buy and flip”. The problem is that I am wondering what do I need to have in place before I start. Should I gather a team together,i.e. Attorney, Title Company, Accountant, etc. or is it wise to proceed without this in place. I also am thinking about incorporating first to avoid liability or can I go ahead and proceed with my first deal with out incorporating? Any thoughts or suggestions about what I should have in place before I do my first deal?
